My Story
My name is Meghan and I became a Doula because of my own personal birthing story; I was told I didn't know what I was doing, I hadn't had regular contractions, and it's my first time so it will be awhile. After telling a nurse it was time, and she failed to believe me, my daughter was born a short 6 minutes later. Every woman deserves a voice and knows her body, and I want to be able to encourage others to trust in their bodies the way I trusted mine. My next birth went very different and ended being an emergency section. I feel my personal experiences add to my knowledge and ways I can support others. I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most beautiful things and I am privileged to help women and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible and offer support to women and families as I walk beside them through their journey.

My Services
As a respected Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me
Childbirth education is also available, and I am currently offering on a private basis only. This would be a half day session where we cover everything from prenatal to postpartum! you can invite a birthing partner/friend to join at no additional cost. Please message me for additional information.
Birthing Guidance
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed.
Postpartum Support
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
